Cancellations are not permitted. Once you place your order, you have agreed to work with me. If you abandon your order, the deposit is non-refundable.

COPYRIGHT, PORTFOLIO AND WEBSITE CREDIT

Any graphic work created at our studio is custom and exclusive to each business, so the designs are yours after final payment has been made. Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of Lee Artistry's rights if they are used elsewhere.

I reserve the right to add completed projects to my portfolio and a website credit to the footer of your website. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform me.

YOUR CONTRACT WITH LEE ARTISTRY LLC

By entering a project with Lee Artistry, you are consenting to be bound by these terms, policies and procedures. A formal contract will be sent and signed by both parties before work is started.

ABANDONED PROJECTS

A project will be considered abandoned if I have not heard from you in 30 days. You will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you during the process. If I have not heard from you and you contact me after the 30 day abandonment, a start up fee may apply.
